Organizational Resilience Consultant for Business and Individuals

An operational and human reading of risks.
A preparation that helps to preserve what matters in everyday life.

Former military, former paramedic and former 9-1-1 dispatcher, Mathieu Montaroux is responsible for emergency preparedness and evacuation planning in Quebec.

These experiences bring together complementary realities: intervening with people, understanding a situation under pressure, coordinating resources and preparing decisions before an event occurs.

On PrépaCivile, this route feeds a process of transmission: explain risks with measurement and give citizens points of departure applicable to their home.

Risk analysis and evacuation planning call for clarification of roles, resources and possible actions prior to the occurrence.

03 · Autonomy

Learning from field constraints

PrépaCivile Commitment

Help you build your own preparation.

Citizen readiness makes sense when it takes into account relatives, housing, capacity and means available. The aim is to reduce vulnerabilities and strengthen the ability to act together.

An author's experience sheds light on a subject; it does not exempt him from checking information or requesting the opinion of a professional for a particular situation. Our editorial method specifies this distinction.
